Professional experience
Shane has over 30 years' experience in the assurance profession including external statutory audit assignments, due diligence reviews, financial accounting advisory and Independent Accountant reports.
Shane specialises in providing assurance services to both listed and private sector clients, providing advice in the interpretation and application of the relevant accounting standards and preparation of Independent Accountant Reports for initial public offerings on the ASX. He provides these services to clients across a wide range of industries including mining and energy, life sciences, education and not for profit sectors.
Shane is a Chartered Accountant, became a partner of PKF Perth in 2013. He is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), a Fellow member of FINSIA, a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Registered Company Auditor.
Away from the desk, Shane likes to spend time with his family and friends, particularly, watching an Eagles game or wining and dining.
