Professional experience
Scott has advised on more than 330 international merger and acquisition transactions. He focuses on providing clients with transaction advisory services including merger and acquisition and ASX-listed capital markets transactions. During the past three years, he has led more than 10 capital markets engagements resulting in cumulative funds raised for clients in excess of $500 million.
Scott has led transactions in the technology, consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, professional services and transport sectors with a combined value in excess of $80 billion. He has significant cross-border experience having assisted with transactions in more than 30 countries and most recently has focused on middle-market, family-owned, and private equity-backed transactions.
Recent examples of work include:
- Cumulative funds raised for clients in excess of $500 million.
- Identified closing purchase price adjustments exceeding 150% of fees paid.
- Conducted numerous growth and exit strategy presentations for clients.
