Grant Chatham is the lead Audit and Assurance Partner in our Gold Coast office and has 25 years of local and international experience in audit.
Grant specialises in the provision of external and internal audit and corporate advisory services. He has extensive experience in the provision of financial due diligence and accounting advice with respect to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and optimal business processing.
Grant worked overseas in commerce for six years as Chief Accounting Officer and subsequently as Corporate Finance Director, with an NYSE listed company who owned more than $15 billion of assets and also led over $8 billion of successful fundraisings. He returned home to Australia where he started with PKF Gold Coast.
Grant’s vast industry experience enables him to provide his clients with insightful advice and solutions to complex problems. He understands the key challenges and risks his clients face and focuses on providing accurate advice to make business processes more efficient, effective and compliant with regulation requirements. Grant is renown for his technical ability and strategic mindset, which has helped him maintain strong client relationships.
