We know that to support franchisors and similar groups we can not approach any engagement as a ‘standard’ audit project. These are assignments which require an investigative mindset and can add real value with an understanding of franchisee and employee behaviour.

PKF supports national franchisors and similar groups with a range of governance, oversight and support services to assist with their compliance needs.

You can expect to deal with only senior PKF people, with the required investigation skills, who talk straight, and respond with a sense of urgency.

Our specialist franchise Assurance team consists of 70 people, all of whom have been pre-accredited through case-study based training, specific to the industry. We have a PKF office with a franchise assurance team in each state. We have the resources and expertise to deliver on the project within the timeframes expected by your business.
