PKF Sydney and Newcastle Go Pink for October to Support Hunter Breast Care Nurses

This October, in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, PKF Sydney and Newcastle is going pink, building up to the highly anticipated annual Hunter Breast Care Breakfast, which last year raised an impressive $49,641 for the nurses. This year's breakfast will feature a panel of remarkable women sharing their breast cancer journeys, offering a supportive space for the community to connect, inspire, and champion the vital work of the Hunter Breast Care Nurses. Attendees can also look forward to exciting raffle prizes, including luxurious holiday getaways, all in support of this vital cause.

“Breast cancer touches countless lives in our community, and the work of the Hunter Breast Care Nurses is nothing short of life-changing,” said Bob Bell, Managing Director, "By going pink this October, we’re not only raising awareness but also reinforcing our commitment to ensuring these vital services continue to be available for everyone who needs them."

PKF is calling on the local community, businesses, and individuals to join them in their pink-themed efforts, whether through donations, attending the breakfast, or simply spreading the word. This October, wearing pink isn’t just a statement – it’s a chance to make a real difference for those battling breast cancer.
