Accounting and business advisory firm PKF have announced the promotion of Christina Manfre and Kym Reilly to Equity Partner, alongside Andrew Chen, Madina Radinovich and Stacie Shaw to Salaried Partner.
Partner within the Sydney Business Advisory team, Manfre has been with the firm for over nine years. She advises in a range of specialised areas, with her knowledge of both start-ups and mature companies providing invaluable capabilities to her clients.
“Although becoming Equity Partner is undoubtedly a major achievement for myself and the firm, it is the opportunity to lead a team of such forward-thinking and innovative people that has been the greatest reward.” said Manfre.
Reilly has a diverse role across External Audit, Internal Audit, and Governance, Risk & Compliance. Her technical skills are unmatched being the problem-solver, risk manager and overall sounding board to many clients across the country.
“Working alongside the best of the best in the Audit space, it was clear to me who I wanted to become as a leader. This will always be a continuous journey in one’s career, but to achieve this milestone reaffirms that myself, and my team, are heading in the right direction.” said Reilly.
Inclusive of the firm’s equity promotions, three members were welcomed to Salaried Partnership in Andrew Chen, Madina Radinovich, and Stacie Shaw.
Chen’s first stint with PKF began back in 2013, where he found his passion for client service. After a move to the commercial world in 2018, he returned to the firm in 2021, a move that has now taken him to Partner.
Edging over a decade at the firm, Radinovich provides a comforting and technical mind to her clients. Her strategic and results-focused approach sees her gain the trust and respect of those around her, solving problems and creating opportunities even in the most difficult of situations.
On the back of two award finalist nominations in the past 12 months, Shaw has cemented herself as the key driver for innovation and efficiencies within the firm. Her well-rounded experience gives her a unique understanding of her clients from all perspectives.
“The key to the success of our firm is its people. It is very exciting to have such a dynamic and diverse group joining and growing in the Partnership. Christina, Kym, Andrew, Madina, and Stacie all share one core trait, unconditional support and service to their team, their clients and this firm. Their promotions are a true reflection of their abilities, growth and commitment.” said Managing Director, Bob Bell.
It is an exciting time for the team at PKF, with firm-wide promotions set to be announced next month.
