We are seeking a motivated Front of Office Coordinator to join our Newcastle team and take ownership of key administrative and client-facing responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to step into more complex responsibilities, contributing to broader office operations.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate office services to support seamless daily operations.
  • Manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Lead maintenance coordination to ensure our office environment is well-maintained and operational.
  • Lead communications on staff channels to keep the team informed and engaged.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate staff benefit programs.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong communication skills to engage professionally with clients, visitors, and the team.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve day-to-day challenges.
  • Initiative to take ownership of tasks and improve office processes.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to step into more complex responsibilities when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role details:

  • Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5pm.
  • This role is office-based to support the hands-on nature of the responsibilities.
