: IT Officer
PKF is an award winning national and international accounting and advisory firm. We are currently seeking a candidate for a full-time IT position. The successful candidate will be working with the existing IT team to support over 350-users across multiple office locations using a variety of applications and technologies.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a general knowledge of IT
- Have completed or be undertaking IT Studies at TAFE or University (or recognised equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
The role will include the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of technology and software, including:
- Email, SharePoint, SQL, Office 365, Citrix, Microsoft Server;
- Modern server and laptop hardware;
- Telephone, VOIP and Instant messaging
The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, patience and good communication skills. Problem-solving is key as the successful candidate will be liaising directly with users while working with them to resolve issues.
