Professional experience
Simon is currently the Senior Audit Partner of the PKF Perth audit division. He is responsible for managing the audit team and ensuring key performance indicators for the division are achieved.
Simon's career has been diverse. He has over 30 years' experience in the accounting profession, corporate finance and industry. Simon has a broad range of experience in external audit and has been responsible for the audit of large multi-site corporations, mining and exploration, large construction, retail and manufacturing companies, stockbroking firms, agricultural and not for profit entities.
Simon also specialises in preparing Investigating Accountants Reports for listings on the ASX and performing due diligence investigations for business acquisitions.
Before joining PKF Perth, Simon worked as a Senior Executive in the audit division of a big four international accounting firm. Prior to this, Simon held senior management positions in the private sector and the banking industry. This diversity ensures that Simon can critically evaluate and solve complex matters and achieve outcomes in a practicial and prompt manner.
