Professional experience
Shaun
has over 20 years of finance experience working for both professional
accounting firms and in industry-based roles as Head of Finance / Chief
Financial Officer leading finance functions and being involved in numerous
equity transactions.
Shaun
has worked across a diverse group of industries in the private sector,
including Tigers Realm Group (mining and exploration), Linfox (logistics),
Wastech Engineering (manufacturing and engineering) and CSA Specialised
Services (waste transport and recycling). Shaun has a Bachelor of
Commerce from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
