Professional experience
Sarah, leader of PKF Integrity's psychosocially safe investigative practices, has over 27 years' of investigations experience in law enforcement, medical investigations, integrity, fraud and corruption.
Before joining PKF, Sarah spent 10 years at the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in South Australia where she developed specialisation in the integrity and corruption fields. As a highly skilled investigator and expert interviewer, Sarah was responsible for leading numerous large-scale and highly sensitive corruption investigations.
Sarah has qualifications in advanced interviewing and has excellent communication skills. She possesses an exceptional understanding of human behaviour, complementing her analytical approach to complex and sensitive matters. Her approach to investigations is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to procedural fairness. She understands the sensitive nature of workplace complaints and is dedicated to conducting investigations that support the psychological well-being of all participants.
