As a former decorated police detective, Sarah-Jane has honed her skills in conducting thorough investigations, particularly in areas related to psychosocial hazards. She holds multiple qualifications in investigations and safety, and is a fully licensed investigator and surveillance operative.

Sarah-Jane's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to integrity have enabled her to provide critical insights and solutions to her clients, particularly in managing and mitigating psychosocial risks. She is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in every investigation she undertakes.

Significant engagements:

  • Sarah-Jane recently delivered a series of roundtables to the Fellows of the Governance Institute of Australia, focusing on psychosocial hazards and related legislation. Her presentations showcased her deep understanding of the complex legal frameworks surrounding psychosocial safety and her strong advocacy for creating psychologically safe workplaces.
  • During 2021-2023, Sarah-Jane was involved at a very high level in government successfully negotiating the movement restrictions that were in place across the world. Her efforts contributed significantly to the success of her organisation and facilitated the reunion of countless separated families.
  • As a former Police Detective, Sarah-Jane specialised in investigating sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and immoral offenses. Her work led to over 500 successful prosecutions, many resulting in significant imprisonment terms, reflecting her dedication to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
