Professional experience
Laura is a Senior Manager in our National Risk Advisory team specialising in governance, risk and compliance engagements for ASX100 companies and Australia’s largest Franchise groups.
She also leads our National Payroll and Workplace integrity team, providing assurance services to some of the largest Franchise groups in Australia including Australia Post, ANZ, Ampol, Mad Mex and Pandora. Amongst others. Laura and her team have conducted hundreds of site audits and employee and franchisee interviews to ensure compliance across networks and identify any franchisee which could be putting the wider business at risk through innovative assurance strategies.
Recent examples of work include:
- Lead manager on a major national services business to assist in the development of a Vulnerable Workers Act framework and execution of network wide audit program across 3,000 sites
- Lead manager on a major national ASX listed business to assist in the execution of a payroll and operational compliance survey to their franchise network
- Lead manager for one of Australia’s largest strata management groups overseeing their internal audit, risk, and compliance framework.
Qualifications and memberships
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA)
- Bachelor of Science – Mathematics and Management, Loughborough University
