Professional experience
Greg has over 10 years’ mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, and commercial experience. He previously worked in the corporate finance division at PPB Advisory focusing on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and capital raising. Prior to that, Greg worked in PPB’s restructuring team gaining extensive experience in strategic and operational reviews of distressed businesses as well as the provision of restructuring advice.
Greg is highly experienced in delivering a range of corporate advisory services to clients. He has significant experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, divestments and capital raising across a range of industries including healthcare, defence, information technology, SaaS, energy, materials, retail and distribution, and agriculture.

- Divestiture of Reliance Technology to Spirit Telecom (VND, 2020)
- Divestiture of Tubi Limited assets to The Mosaic Company (VND, 2022)
- Assisted PE house with acquisition of controlling stake in leading agriculture play (VND, 2022)
- Capital raised on behalf of Denison Gas to pursue growth initiatives ($65m, 2022)
- Divestiture of Tubi Limited assets to Pipeline Plastics (VND, 2023)
- Divestiture of leading fundraising platform to SaaS aggregator (VND, 2023).
