Professional experience
Glenn is a Partner working in the Restructuring, Turnaround and Insolvency Partner practice of our PKF Melbourne office. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, specialising in corporate insolvency.
This experience has been gained through providing assistance and advice for all types of insolvency appointments including corporate reconstructions, deeds of company arrangement, voluntary administrations, receiverships, voluntary and court liquidations and bankruptcy matters.
As a registered and official liquidator Glenn has particular experience in managing and selling distressed businesses, as well as assisting distressed businesses to bounce back. His considered approach and focus on optimising outcomes for clients brings clarity to difficult and complex situations. Glenn offers a practical and commercial approach to finding the right solution.
Glenn has undertaken investigations into insolvent trading, unfair preference payments and uncommercial loans and has prepared specialist reports for various stakeholders including major banks and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
He has worked entirely in corporate restructuring and insolvency to develop a “hands on” approach offering specialist insolvency and business advice to corporate stakeholders including banks, finance companies and directors. Managing both formal and informal assignments has provided Glenn with a broad range of competency and he has developed specific experience in a variety of industries.
