Professional experience
With over 10 years of experience in both industry and commercial practice, Ewan views problems from both an audit standpoint and commercial perspective.
Originally from the UK, Ewan found his love for Australian soil after a successful secondment in 2018. Before moving to Sydney, he provided assurance services chiefly to entities in the oil and gas resources sector. Since being with PKF he has extended his portfolio across large public and private groups operating across Australia and internationally focusing on energy, resourcing and environmental orientated organisations.
In addition to working in the Audit and Assurance space, Ewan also provides specialist technical accounting and financial reporting advice to a cross-section of non-assurance clients. He specialises in UK and Australian corporate reporting, including International Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards and their Australian equivalents. Ewan’s strong technical skillset and knowledge help him to provide appropriate support, guidance and training to clients and his colleagues.
