Alan has over 30 years’ investment banking experience and has been involved in over 150 M&A and capital raising transactions having a value of in excess of $10 billion over that period.
He has provided advice across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, resources, resource services, retail, financial services, energy & utilities, infrastructure services, education services, telecommunications, technology, healthcare services, property, and tourism & leisure.
Alan gained his investment banking experience at a range of organisations including HSBC Investment Banking, PwC Mergers & Acquisitions, CBA Equity & Advisory, Wilson HTM and TMT Partners.
Some of his recent and notable corporate advisory transactions include:
- Expansion capital raising for Denison Energy
- Divestment of various industrial technology assets for Tubi (ASX:2BE)
- Divestment of a controlling interest in Containit to Bunzl plc (LON:BNZL)
- Acquisition of a controlling interest in an agricultural equipment company on behalf of Roc Partners
- Divestment of a 100% interest in Reliance Technology to Spirit Technology (ASX:ST1)
- Divestment of a 100% interest in Prestige Plants to Stonehouse Corporation.
- Divestment of assets of Force Corporation to Coates Hire
- Divestment of Mt Boppy & Manuka Resources gold assets
- Divestment of various Australian resources assets on behalf of AngloGold Ashanti
- Divestment of a 100% interest in Australian International School Singapore
- Acquisition of a controlling interest in the Loy Yang A energy generation assets on behalf of the AGL/Tokyo Power/CBA consortium
