Community
PKF Australia contributes to local communities in many ways. We enjoy ongoing involvement with community and charity groups through corporate sponsorship, time investment of our people on various Boards and Committee’s and through our staff “Community Days”.
PKF Adelaide Foundation

PKF Adelaide established the PKF Adelaide Foundation in March 2011 as the firm’s way to give back to the community in a more formalised manner. The Foundation is a testament to our network’s passion to support the community through the provision of pro bono accounting and audit services together with other support via monetary donations. ClubsNSW aims to deliver a range of services and representation that creates an environment for long-term sustainability, as well as strengthen industry conditions for the benefit of those working within the New South Wales club industry and the local communities they support.
PKF Australia provides direct financial support to ClubsNSW and also conducts complimentary seminars for the organisation's members. Find out more about ClubsNSW.

Marsh Foundation helps equip hospitals around the globe by sourcing and providing medical equipment, vaccines and medical supplies to the less fortunate abroad.

Fight Cancer Foundation provides care, treatment and support for people with leukaemia, other blood-related disorders and cancer, and funds research into better treatment methods, early detection tests and to find a cure for leukaemia and other cancers.
PKF Australia has provided support to the Foundation through the provision of in-kind audit services and employee participation in Fight Cancer Foundation fundraisers, including Footy Colours Day. Find out more about Fight Cancer Foundation.

Special Olympics Australia and Special Olympics NSW are part of the International Special Olympics Association who provide an opportunity to intellectually disabled athletes to compete in a range of sporting competitions including Athletics, Aquatics, Basketball, Soccer and others. The Hunter Breast Cancer Education and Support Committee educate and support not just women with breast cancer but also their families and the wider community in which these women live.
PKF Australia has raised vital funds since 2007 to help enable the nurses to continue their training and education in the specialist field of breast cancer care. Find out more about the Committee.

RSL & Services Clubs Association (Qld) provides a link between its members, the government and the community while fostering the spirit and heritage of the ANZAC traditions.
In late 2010, PKF Australia forged a partnership with the Association to strengthen their offering to members through roll-out of a range of information seminars in urban and country areas. The seminars provided participants with an update on taxation legislation, corporate governance and strategies to enhance revenue through innovative loyalty programs. The Royal Flying Doctor Service is one of the of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. They remain committed to John Flynn’s vision to provide a mantle of safety to those who live, work and travel in rural, remote and regional communities. Every day in many ways the Royal Flying Doctor Service takes the finest care to Australia's furthest corners so that anyone who lives, works or travels in remote and rural Australia can enjoy the best of health.

Harry Meyn Foundation was founded by David & Samantha Meyn in memory of their son Harry who lost his life to a brain tumour at the age of seven.
In 2011 the foundation established Harry's House at Stockton, a retreat for families that have a child living with cancer or families that have lost a child to cancer. Since opening in 2011, Harry's House has helped many families when their child is diagnosed with cancer and families that are grieving for a child that they have lost to cancer. Yachting Queensland (YQ) is the peak body for all forms of sailing in Queensland. It is a diverse organisation with key responsibilities that facilitate the management and development of sailing in Queensland. The existence of Yachting Queensland is pivotal to the health and development of the Sailing as a sport and recreational activity in Queensland.
In 2014, PKF Hacketts forged a partnership with YQ to bolster investment in a number of initiatives to raise awareness of their sport and value-add to members. Find out more about Yachting Queensland.

Netball WA is an umbrella organization covering ANZ Championship team, the West Coast Fever and the sport of netball in Western Australia. They have set themselves some ambitious goals to grow the sport in WA over the next five years. West Coast Fever has enjoyed much success from 2015 under newly appointed Head Coach Stacey Rosman.
