Andrew is a Director of PKF Corporate Finance and works across our Sydney and Newcastle offices.
Andrew chairs PKF Australia’s National Corporate Finance Committee and also chairs the PKF Asia Pacific Working Group.
He is focussed on assisting companies to access capital (equity and debt), manage business succession, advising business owners and executives on divestments, mergers and acquisitions and providing financial due diligence services.
Andrew has advised on a large number of initial public offerings and private equity funded leveraged buy-outs. He has assisted clients with the development of their strategy through analysis of economic returns, competitive advantage and business valuation.
With more than 20 years’ experience Andrew has provided corporate finance advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries, including:

- Transport and logistics (road, rail, sea and air)
- Financial services
Andrew was a Corporate Finance partner at Deloitte and has worked with a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large companies.
Prior to joining Deloitte Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer of an ASX listed global manufacturing and distribution business, for which he led a management buy-out.
Most recently Andrew was a Divisional Director at Pepper Property (formerly Grant Samuel Real Estate Advisory) leading their Special Situations and Strategic Advisory teams.
